Xperia Z1 camera issue

Hi, found the problem couple days ago, camera could not catch focus when i'm shooting photos or recording video. There is strange sound appears when it focusing. I've attached video uploaded to youtube xperia Z1 camera issue

Repair your phone with SUS or PCC, if that doesn't work then you MUST stop by a Sony repair center or take it back to the store

i have already installed the latest updates few weeks ago, PC companion tells me the same, there is no updates for my phone. You mean restore software completly to factory settings?

He means reinstall the actual software.

SUS should give you an option to reinstall the current firmware

Take the phone to a sony service,as it may be hardware issue.

Then it could be a hardware issue, take it to a Sony repair center.

unfortunately there is no Sony repair centr in our country 

And the second proplem is that PC companion could not restore my contacts, that i've "backup" before reinstalling the software on my phone. Goin' to buy Iphone 5S ;(

Does any one knows how to unpack .dbk files, need to retore contacts
