I have a battery drain issue. Can you tell me why. I will share the screen shot. Because some people ask the screenshot.

I agree with @Viridis there's nothing wrong with your phone, the network coverage doesn't seem that reliable and the WiFi it's on most of the time.

Hi I formated my phone 3 times for this. My WiFi is off. Only 5 minutes my WiFi was on. I normally not use WiFi. And I always off the WiFi. Even I reset or anything every day my phone battery will drain without any reason. Its happen from last month. but always my Google play services will run from last month and stanina mode not stopping it.

Formatted mean I did the phone repair from pc companion. is that orange colour bar mean wifi is on always or off?

If the WiFi bar is yellow then it's on, and on the mobile network, if it's yellow or red that means poor network coverage.

But my WiFi was off. just 5 minutes WiFi is show full time on? It happens from the final update from the Sony. Last December update. But I thought it was normal. But when I checked this issues recently then I found even from my friend phone also have this this same picture. I did the pc repair. But even its showing like this it mean Sony update problem or my hardware problem?

I can test it with my Z1, but this is what I would do 

boot in >>> safe mode > use the phone for few hours on this mode, then check again, perhaps you have a third party app that it's enabling the WiFi.
