Ref: complaint for mic & 2nd sim network in Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual ( Black, 16GB)
Dated 7th January, 2016 I bought a (Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual ( Black, 16GB) mobile phone, vide Invoice no.-MH-BOM4-135397491-20888 online via AMAZON ) from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem: mic , 2nd sim network
On 24th May, 2016 i had given for the service, the problem was with the mic & 2nd sim network. The voice was very low I not able to make or receive calls & the network for 2nd sim was not showing properly The ticket id :16052402457 & receive back on 2nd June 2016 after ten days.
Now from last week again showing same problem on call my voice not reached with calling persons..
I am not satisfied with the set. There is persistent problem. Now hang problem also is there. Previously i have submitted the mobile set at the service center in Nehru Place Delhi with M/s F1 Info Solutions & Service Pvt. Ltd. They kept the mobile for 10 days and then returned saying that it has been repaired. Now facing the same problem.
I don’t want to this set again kindly get back the set & sent my money back Or provide me new set.

Sorry to hear about your problem, but we can't help you with maintenance issues here as it's a user based forums. You need to contact your Local support and forward this issue to them.
Did the mic work for sometime after fixing then stopped working suddenly?
Can you test if the same issue is happening in safe mode?
