Some time ago I was able to open internal Memory and drag there folder with files I needed. I don't know what kind updates there was, but right now it's not possible. I tried both types of USB connections, I connected phone and PC via WiFi, I used PC Companion 2.1 option - but nothing happens. And, yes, I tried to restart phone several tymes.
It makes me frustrated to fighting with phone for couple hours and without result.
