i've a problem with my zperia z smart phone that due to speaker volume is very low so i just switch off my phone but when i start it on its show a SETTING icon & the 'Bar' on screen the phone not start or switch off now.what i do plz help

Repair your phone with update service http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/

Download and install it disable your antivirus and firewall select xperia z on it and follow the onscreen instructions

If you have a settings/tools icon and a progress bar beneath it the phone is performing a system file check to locate and repair damage file in the system. So just connect the charger and wait for the phone to start up as normal again. This is usually over quite quickly but with very corrupt files it can take several hours.
