my xperia acro s having the microphone problem .other party didnot hear me well and i despired,(new phone ,just  1 week now).pls give me solution

Sorry to hear about your problem.

First of all make sure that nothing covers the microphone (screen cover etc.). Also try to blow in the whole for the microphone so there's not any dirt or similar blocking it.

If that doesn't help, you can try to repair the phone software using PC Companion to exclude that it's not a software problem:

Dear Allexander I have the same problem with my xperia acro s. When I bought it new now a month ago it came with a visual foil. In this foil are two visual holes. One above the word Sony and one for the front camera. However where the micophone is situated next to the word xperia is no hole at least ik can not feel one, were as the two holes i mentiond before are are feelable. Could it be that from sony a wrong kind of foil is made on a serries of acro s

hoop to hear from you because i want to know what wrong with my phone. Wath i have done sofar is updating the software as wel as rerewing the sim card but this didn,t solve the problem

The screen protector should have a whole for the microphone.

If you haven't put on a screen protector by yourself it should not be something covering the microphone. You can always try to blow incase of dirt etc.

Dear Alexander,

After carefull examination there isn't hole were the microphone is situated.  I contacted the seller.

she told me peel of the foil. How ever I disagree, because the phone is still under garantee.

She told me to sent the phone to Dynafix in the Netherlands to repair it. She told me dat Dynafix isn't allowed to repair Sony phones. They send the phones to Sony them selfs. Can you confirm who is sony authorished repairer in the Netherlands. Because I want my acro s repaired or replaced with the orignial Sony garantee.
