Xperia Z Ultra lollipop update

Hello dear users,

It seems i got a little problem, i ordered two xperia z ultra from United states in 2013, one black and one white, the black one got the update 5.0 lollipop without any issues and the white one still says up to date with kitkat. i called Sony UK and US and they told me to wait? I just dont understand how long shall i wait?

if i flash it will it update normally in the future and is there a chance that it will brick my phone?

As long as you don't unlock the bootloader you will receive updates through PCC or Bridge or OTA.

I have two Z ultra's.  The original one had a world cup sticker on the front and had this nice movie maker software as well as the playstation apps.  This particular device also updated to lollipop ota about a month ago.  However I took it out of the incipio case one day and it cracked.  

So I bought another one off Amazon.  It was the same exact order with the same vendor as last time because they were bought only 4 months apart and I just ordered from the exact same order.  This time even though they are identical in looks, the 2nd device came with some chinese software and no playstation apps.  It also didn't come with that nice movie maker, but it was registered with my google play account, so no big deal.  This device will not update to lollipop.  what's going on?  Did I get a chinese junker this time?  Lollipop was so nice for 2 days.  I kinda need it back.  Please help!
