Xperia Z Ultra lollipop update

Hello dear users,

It seems i got a little problem, i ordered two xperia z ultra from United states in 2013, one black and one white, the black one got the update 5.0 lollipop without any issues and the white one still says up to date with kitkat. i called Sony UK and US and they told me to wait? I just dont understand how long shall i wait?

were this phones bought from a Sony store here in the US or ebay or some other online store?

Were the phones new or used? 

The reason i asked: 

If the phones are used, the previous owner could've flashed the phones with different firmwares or they are from different countries

they are new not used, but i did notice when i restore it i get chinese apps, i could guess that it is from china?

What customization number do you have on the non updated handset?

Well there you go, it's probably from Taiwan, as Chinese phones don't have any Google apps/services

You can always flash your phone

It'll be better if you flash the global generic or nordic version
