Xperia Z Ultra dead

Hello,

i have Xperia Z Ultra which was working quite well until it ran out off battery today, it wont start, charge or connect to pc.

the only thing it do is the led turns red when connected the charger.

Hi @the_tbo

Please, connect your device to a wall charger and then press and hold power & volume up for more than 10 seconds. Let it charge for 2 to 3 hours, even if it doesn't seem to be charging. Keep us updated

It just show a red led and nothing happen

I gave the the device to my local sony dealer and they have sent it to the maintenance they said it will take 2 to 4 weeks, I got nothing in my hands so I have to wait

My phone did exactly the same thing, I called Sony and sent it in for evaluation last week and a couple days ago got a call saying they were replacing my phone. Not sure what happened but happy to know I will be having my new phone next week.
