I'm interested to know that can I claim warranty? My xperia z ultra side bezel is cracked, but I never drop or knock the phone. Do any charges for repairing this crack? Thanks!

It is really hard to see on the picture but are you sure it is not the cover for the Micro SD card that have open? If your SD card isn't mounted correctly.

If it is not the flap that is open I suggest that you have your phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information:
