Xperia Z Phone Log - Unknown Number

I am using an International Xperia Z and running 4.3. For some reason, when I call a new number from my phone, it shows up as Unknown on my call log - so I can't call that number again directly from the log. If I receive a call from a non saved number, I see the number on my log. But if I make a call to an unsaved number, it shows up as Unknown. This is very annoying - please can someone help me out!

That is very odd, have you tried this: Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Phone > Clear Data.

I have the same problem. Clear data didn't help.

I have the same problem.

When making a call to number not from address book it's showing as a number while calling. After starting conversation number changes to Unknown and doesn't being saved in log after the call.

When calling to the same number from another cell operator (another sim-card) short number stays in log.

P.S. Clear data doesn't help either

After update 4.3 (Xperia ZL 1272-3738)

when i do calls to subscribers that no in contacts they displayed as uknownDon`t answer

subscriber answered.

Try settings-apps-all-phone,clear data and restart the phone.

Phone was update with factory reset.

With another operator`s sim info display right.
