Xperia Z not working after dropping in water

Today i buy new Xperia Z and just testing droop in water..then not work in water please suggest me how can use in water ????

This phone its not made to be used underwater, its water resistant but not water proof, and again you can NOT use the touchscreen underwater

If you want to take videos underwater, start recording BEFORE you submerge the phone, you can crop pictures from the video later on

Again, keep in mind that the Xperia Z it is NOT water proof, its water resistant, and this is IFF (if and only if) all the ports are firmly closed, keep it away from sea/salt water, again make sure the flaps/covers are properly closed
