Its not that the re are severe issues in the software, but then look at Samsung , I don't like Samsung phones but they are enthusiastic about their phone's performance, so there are minor updates regularly. Some of minor glitches can be busted like this instead of users waiting till next major update to their phones.
Really Sony should look into this.
