Is there anywhere I can download the c6603 driver online? PC companion seems to have trouble finding and installing the driver and my PC continuously suggests to ask the manufacturor for driver download.
try this
1) google JAVA download and instal lit
2) install SUS
3) restart your phone
4) disable your firewall and antivirus
5) run SUS
6) connect your phone and wait for your PC to download the drivers
which OS do you have on your PC?

I have windows 7 on my pc, and ive tried SUS on it, which didnt help. My phone was originally 6606 model but I flashed a 6603 stock rom ( Build .453) on it using a flash tool. The first time there was no problems at all, but now it won't connect. Is there any way i can go back to .166 or upgrade to .244 through the phone itself?
turn on your wifi > settings > about phone > software update
To solve the issue, open Device Manager on your computer to reinstall the driver for your device while your device is connected with your PC via a USB cable.
Click on the Start button.
In the Search box, type device manager, and then press enter. You should see something similar to the below example.
Scroll down to the Universal Serial Bus controllers (USB section) of the Device Manager window.
Look for an MTP Device: Media Device or Unknown Device. Click on this entry and choose "Uninstall" whilst leaving the device connected.
Wait a few minutes, and the computer will reinstall the drivers for the device.
Now, the phone is accessible via Computer/My Computer on your computer.
