Xperia Z + Media Go software incompatible for playlist editing. Is there a way?

I experience the following compatibility problems between my Xperia Z phone and Media Go (v 2.4) on my PC:

I find that in using my Xperia Z it is not possible to add songs to or edit playlists I had created and imported to my phone from Media Go.

In addition I find that Media Go is only showing those playlists which were created using Media Go on my PC - is not recognising & showing the music playlists I had created using my Xperia Z. This is frustrating when trying to build my music library & organise playlists.Can I firstly confirm that this is a universal flaw with the software, not just those of my devices? Secondly is there a way around this? Can it be fixed? Please help

This is unfortunately a limitation in the software so there's nothing wrong on your end.

I think the only solution at the moment is to use another player and software but i haven't tested any alternative with sync of playlists.
