xperia z doesn't start after green Screen

Hi, I have the following problem. I used my Xperia Z normaly this morning, but suddenly the whole screen turned green with lines on it. After a few second the Z shut down. (Battery was at 14 %)

-I tried to restart but it doesn't work!

-I tried the hard reboot(with power and volume up button), but it doesn't work!

-I tried the reapair function from the PcCompanion app, but.....you will guess .....it doesn't work!

I'm slightly desperate  Does anyone know this problem? Have you something what I can try? I'm grateful for every comment and help

I'm sorry to say this, but this seems to be a hardware issue, contact your local Xperia care

The problem is, 8 month ago I had to change my display at a local smartphone shop. It worked well still today, but I think I loosed my warranty for the phone

Indeed you have, you could take it there again and double check that all the ribbons are properly connected, also have you exposed the phone to water after the screen was replaced?

No I hold the phone away from water, because the water proof ability got lost with the repair

It's only strange that it worked 8 month and than....nothing. But thanks for your help!
