I bought Xperia Z mobile Mar-2013. I got some problem in hearing while talking(Not able to hearing opponent voice). I raised a complaint and went to sony service centre. As I was in warrenty period they replaced my mobile. I got a new mobile in Jan-2014(dont remember exact date-month). Now I am getting this exact same problem in this replaced mobile in 4 months. I visited sony service centre and they said "If problem in hearing device, the charges comes around 8000 to 9000 INR".

1. I already raised a question when I got a new mobile. "If I get same problem in replaced mobile, will you replace it again?". I got reply like "Replacement is applicable only in warranty period". So, I can not replace this mobile again right?
2. As I suspect, again I got this same problem. I asked in shop and I got feedback like many users are getting this same problem. So, the problem is in product?
3. My two mobiles had this same problem. So, I dont spent money for service this mobile. How do you going to help me?

I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to proceed with this in the best possible way.

I approached sony service. They said like 'your warranty period is expired. So, need to check the device and if the problem is in hearing hardware, the service charge need to pay'. My point is I dont wish to pay for the service, because the problem is in device.
I think you can track my service history and mail communication by IMEI number.
