Xperia X8 camera doesn't work!!!

Hi guys!

Maybe you can help me my xperia x8 camera doesn't work it only shows black screen everytime I switch it on, I already update my firmware still black out, i also try to reset it to factory setting and still the same. Is this a software problem? or the camera is already broke? please help me. Thanks

Hi, download a camera app from Android Market to test. If same result, it could be a hardware issue which you need to send it in for repair.

Problem:

Camera is active. When I press button to capture photo, i hear capture sound and then screen is black.

System is active (i can return to homescreen).

Sometimes picture is saved but I thumbnail is corrupted.

Video recording is fine and no problems at all.

Please help me. thanks.
