Xperia X10 mini/pro Charging Problem

Any body can guide me, I was bought sony X10 Mini Pro on March 2011. My mobile got charging problem on last 3 months, even I searched the entire Authorized Sony ericssion service center in Chennai, They are telling Mobile internal charging adaptor got problem, so it won’t be repairable like that they are telling . Even still my warranty is in live,

  Please any body guide me, who is responsible to solve this issue. And also where I am going to approach in Chennai. I am very disappointed about the Sony mobiles.

Hi, if your phone is still under warrnty, I don't see why your local SE Service Centre did not want to 'entertain' you.

Under normal procedure, they should accept your phone, check and evaluate the fault. A report will be produce to see if phone is still within the scope of warranty, you can then decide from there.

Before you go back to them again, a few things you could try (not sure if you have tried them) ....

-     Test with another USB Cable.

-     Test with another battery.

-     Try charging with power socket and PC.

-     Repair Software.

i tried what u said, but no use. I never face like this problems in local mobiles.. I hate sony.. waste of my money...time...

If a Software Repair is not able to resolve your problem, it would be best to send it to the local SE Service Centre to have it looked at.
