Xperia X and smartwatch 3

Hi, I have an xperia X and one smartwatch 3 and have a problem. If I link a Bluetooth headset to the phone I can make calls from the watch using 'ok, google' and listening through headphones, but if I have linked the watch and phone to the headset when you realize the call is not listening through headphones, is hear over the phone.

Welcome to the community.

I believe you can only have one active bluetooth profile at a time, which could explain this.

When I connect the Bluetooth headset on the phone I can choose whether it is to be used 
for calls, multimedia playback or both, I want to use the clock as a media player 
and phone for calls, with mp3 players bluetooth this works well.
Is it possible do this with the smartwatch and the phone?

Well i have other problem with Bluetooth and SmartWatch 3.

Bluetooth is disconnecting but non-deterministically sometimes after 1-2 ours sometimes after 30 min. Someone has this same problem with Bluetooth and non-deterministic switching off?
