Hello, my Xperia V has a broken USB port. However I can connect to a desktop PC with BT and have a wifi connection in the desktop PC's network.
I want to copy off the device all the photos and files. However I can't setup a PC Companion connection without it asking to connect with USB first.
Is there any way to make a BT or Wifi connection to extract the device files without first connecting with USB?
Alternatively, is there a fast way to dump all the phone's content to the SD card in a format that can be read by a desktop PC?
Thanks
JohnO
You need to be connected via USB so settings for wifi can be pushed and setup - your only other method would be to use a file manager app and transfer files to said SD card then connect said card to your Pc
Another alternative, might take longer, upload all your pictures, videos, music to dropbox, box, google drive, etc
