Ok here's what. My phone was just simply horrible and reseting some times. So i decided to update the version of the phone (since it was saying that there was a new one.). Well, fine, i pluged my phone, downloaded the software to update here on the sony site. It gave me two options: 1- just update (wich would maintain my configurations on the phone); 2- Upadte and restore default setings (wich would cost my personal configurations). Obviusly i went to number 1, so here what's happens next, the download/install is complete and my phone simply doesn't boot anymore, stays on an endless loop on the logo "Sony Ericsson". Ok, i tried countless times to start my phone withou success, so i only had one option: Go back on the update thing and see what it offers me as a solution. Well, that solution would cost me the configurations, apps and etc. Well, to me that would be fine (somehow), i had my main apps on my SD card, my contacts backed-up, all fine. So, it worked, my phone did start....but, it is COMPLETELY out of date!!! And what's worst, i can't update the "Market" to "play store", my apps on my SD card are nowhere to be found. Bottom Line, the phone "updated", but, at the same time, it went back on time. I'm simply doesn't understand at all what is going on, i want my apps back so i can restore mostly of the data i had. If anyone can help me, please.
Ps.: Sorry any mistakes, english isn't my main language.
That seems odd, but the market will update to the playstore by itself, don't worry about it, it seems that it was a major update and you will have to redownload the apps, that's normal, as your apps are not quite stored on your internal storage or SD card.
go to settings > about phone > which android version and build number do you have?
Soo... the android version is 2.3.4 and version (firmware) is 4.0.2.A.0.58
@EDIT
I don't know if it's possible, but can i make a "rollback"?
