Xperia U Updation Problem

i am having d same problem as others 2 have writter abt in d discussions
on step 2-Prepare

i disconnect my phone, switch it off, wait for 5 sec, then when i connect my phone while holding the volume down btn....

but nothing happens!!

Disconnect the phone, remove the battery then put it back in, connect the small end of the USB cable to your phone, hold down the volume down button, then plug the other end into your PC. The light bar will light up green. Flashing should then begin.

How is it not helpful?
I have told you exactly what you need to do.

You should bear in mind not everyone has these issues.
I certainly have not had any Wifi, GPS or calling bugs on my XPU or XPJ.

Do this

Plug the cable to ur pc

Turn of the phone

Wait for 5 secs

Now hold the vol down button

Plug the cable to Phone

VOILA GREEN LIGHTS
