Xperia U problem (video recorded)

This is my problem with Xperia U. It appear rarely, but this is the second time. Can I send the phone to warranty? I'm afraid they would see that the phone is working correctly now and I will pay the transport and diagnostic.

It's hard to say because it happened only 2 times. I think that video is not proof for repair centre - you should to film also it's Serial Number under battery in that video - as proof that it was really YOUR PHONE. Maybe after that you can assure them...
