Xperia U gaming

I have a Xperia U,a brilliant piece of art.But I am not able to play some heavy games on my device even though they are  available on play store for it.I am talking about Gangstar Rio:City of Saints it lags like hell and it crashes after sometime.Also NFS:Shift crashes down after sometime.But suprisingly GTA 3 works like charm.Why so?Any help?Thanks.

Its ram problem

Clear up ram and close all apps before tunning games

Yeah But I even installed Ram Booster for it but no help.So ram booster or any such kind of aap doesn't help to clear up ram for good gaming experience?
