xperia u continous reboot

my XPERIA U continous rebooting it only shows the SONY and XPERIA LOGO..I just removed the battery because my phone just hang up..and when i turned it on...the.. problem occurs,continous rebooting again and again..PLEASE HELP  ME WHAT TO DO...

so how can my laptop recognize my phone using my pc companion coz the phone is not turning ON..

how can i do if my xperia U have continuos reboot? what do you do after?

press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds > connect your phone to a wall charger > let it charge for 1 hour then repair it with SUS
