The problem is when I updated my phone via Sony PC companion my Phone's Speaker stopped working whether be media or calls sometimes individually sometimes both together.
What I did was just a simple FACTORY RESET which did the Trick but then after few days again the problem came back .
This time again I did what I did last time FACTORY RESET and with no effect.
Now I've done facoty reset about 6-7 times in 2 days
What I've noticed is that even after fresh FACTORY RESET with no headphone or headset attached the LIVEWARE comes in notification area Stating HEADSET connected.
So I updated LIVEWARE from GooglePlay store.
No effect
Deleted all profiles
No effect
Uninstalled Liveware update
No effect
Facoty Reset
Headset detected without any connected (Hole Cleaned with cotton and spirit )
again the same problem
I do get notifications but no sound in Voice call in/out (turn to speaker mode or headset) and No Media Sound in Speakers
I've noticed that I'm not the only person who is facing this problem and what is surprising is that it is the problem that is effecting all Xperia Models
what is Laughable is that Sony is not doing anything regarding this ,no wonder the are likely to get booted out SMARTPHONE MARKET atleast out of top 5 soon and completely if the remain such unconcern party.
Disgusted with the phone and can assure myself that my next Phone will not from SONY irrespective of they stay in the market or not
SONY TEAM do you have anything to say,I'll not surprised if you don't answer this on your own platform
