Hello everyone

While ago my smarthphone is acting strange, the touchscreen is fail if like sometimes don't recognize my fingers, when I wrote sometimes appears many letters at same time if like I touch them and when I was played some game again the touchscreen not detect my fingers

Help me please, I have this problem several months ago

If the problem still persists in safe mode I suggest that you try to reinstall/repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".
