Xperia T3 Audio Issue

When playing audio either from my phone or streaming it almost stutters as if it's buffering, but it only happens when the screen is locked. It happens both on ear phones and internal speaker.

Are you using Stamina mode on the handset?  And if you are if you turn it off does the same issue continue?

No, stamina mode not on and still having issues.
