Yesterday my phone had a total update. This morning it shows that I have 5 unread emails but I cannot locate them on my phone. there is just the number 5 showing on the envelope and when I click on the envelope there is a number 5 next to my inbox name.
I then went in to settings withing the email and ticked Pre-download emails - download entire emails before they are opened. This has worked viewing any new emails that I've sent to myself. But I still cant find the 5 that are in there. I have accessed the 5 on my laptop, they do exist.
Can anyone help me.
