Xperia SP multitouch Misbehaving         

I have bought Sony Xperia SP on june 25 from India ,its mere 1 week and i am getting multitouch problems , i cant pinch zoom many times ,the device works normally but when i go to album and try to zoom's just sometimes ,really scared as i spent all my hard earned money on buying this device .I even tried turning off glove mode but problem persists

Sony ,please i need help ,and this is issue with not only me but many other SP users

I recommend that you first of all try to repair the phone software using the program PC Companion:

I have a same problem  = =  and I want to know that my phone is broken or it is a bug ? How can I fix it ?????

in jus 2 days pinch to zoom is not working and touch screen is also not responsive it feels like a cheap phone after i got the update.my phone is just 3 day old 😕
