Xperia sp sound problem

For the past few days the sound when making or recieving a call has become distrorted. It has slowed down, the best way to describe it is everyone sounds drunk and slury.  Can anyone help?

Disable slow talk under settings > call settings > slow talk. Then it should sound normal again.
