xperia sp sim card wont fit

i have just had a new contract phone, iv taken the casing off the phone, gone to put the sim card supplied and it seems too big to fit in. any ideas?

Sp use micro sim...you can contact your network provider and request micro sim or take it to phone accessory shop or somthing like this..they will cut your sim and make it micro-sim

Yes,danial is right.Do NOT cut the SIM yourself,take it to an authorized service.
