phone keeps talking to me

my nephew was playing with my phone and now all i get is it talking to me everytime i touch the screen and nothing works cant even turn the phone off unless i remove the battery, then when i put the battery back in and turn on the phone it starts all over again cant do anything on my phone

You need to disable talk back,in accesibility settings.

If it's what I'm think you have had Text to speech enabled or TalkBack is enabled so to turn this off, Open Settings then open Accessibility then the top option is Talkback if it says on then open and slide it off - Hope this helps

how do i get rid of multiple time and date  clocks off the screen and back to just 1 of them showing

Tap longer on what you want to remove,drag to the bin.
