xperia sp problem after update

Hi everyone. 
I updated my sp today to the newest version (201) and i can't switch on my smartphone! When i use power button it only vibrate once, nothing more. What can i do with it? My update was only 9 MB...

Hi

Connect it to wall charger open back cover..push off button and hold until phone vibrate three  times.. Then let it charge for hour and try to turn it on
