Ok I had all the same issues pre .205 mentioned in forums. I installed .205 around 28th May so far these are the problems ive experienced:
. Device reboots but doesn't go through shutdown procedure or crash like a light switch, the screen will slowly start going dim till its off (takes approx 1.5secs) then it starts up again without me turning it on, its only done this to me whilst im using WiFi and there's been a period of inactivity, my WiFi usage is only approx 5-7% of total online useage coz i dont have wifi at home so have unlimited data, the most times its done this is 4 in 12hr period ill pick phone up after leaving it for a period of time (approx 0-45mins) wake fone up start using it n its then after couple mins it crashes, its never crashed when ive been constantly using it.
. It constantly drops internet n i get that oops! mssg to refresh if im lucky, 75% of time it just stops n becomes unresponsive so i check signal strength wave fone around as ya do try hitting refresh or go back, sometimes it will start working again other times it closes but 60% of time, n im sick of seeing this, it gives me that 'app has stopped working wait, report, close' and its done this on everything ive used so far every app.
. Screen flickers doesn't have to be videos n pics and not all the time and nothing like the flicking fault pre.205, still, its not totally fixed.
. Xperia keyboard stops working without any notification mssg saying its stopped, it just goes off page then comes back at first touch of screen its like a yoyo, at its worse ya get half way through a word then it shuts, other times you'll get a short sentence out. This happens appgox 0-10% of total keyboard usage.
. Now im bored of writing i know there's been more faults than this im guessing,like myself, youve seen n heard enough so put ur hands together lets have a big round of applause for Sonys development team and make sure you close the door on your way out, thank you! Takes a bow.
. If I was top dog, Mr Sony himself id walk straight into that development factory n order all just stop wot your doing put your tools down switch everything off n listen to me. You wont get another penny untill youve fixed every fault on every fone that we've sold and its developed faults. No point in working on technology of the future when we can't develop it now, present time, until youve got all the fixes for all the faults your not getting another penny, you've all been paid for it before, stop taking the **bleep** n do ur fukin jobs, **bleep**-heads.
