Xperia sp offline speech recognition

I Want to use the speech recognition offline supply by Sony in the original package. I ve download the french update. But in offline it dont recognise french speech, but only english speech. It's a big problem i ve buy an "radiocar" Sony mex-n5000bt Who use this application and not an other like Google. How can i solve this ? I can't re-install this application or replace them by an other. It's an Android 4.3 model c5303. Thanks
