Xperia SP Multitouch Issue

Hello fellow users. I have been using the Xperia SP for about 4 months and recently experienced the multitouch issue. I have searched all over the internet for solutions to fix the problem but to no avail. The Staff from Sony has also gave useless solutions like repairing and factory resetting. I have tried them and they did not even do and help. Someone help. Thanks

Do you have a screen protector?

I cant use two fingers at once very oftently and i have tried with and without screen protector. While charging it doesnt even work but only sometimes when im playing games like fifa and it works on my samsung tablet.
