Sony xperia Neo L-creating noise to callers at other end.

Hello,

Am using a Sony xperia Neo L for the last 1 half years. For last 6 months am facing a problem that, who ever calls me will get a noise to them. They can hear me at the same time they got a lot of noices from my fone. Many people who called me had complaint this. When i asked in the sony customer care, they told its just because of network. And ask me to change sim. But for me its not posible as am using my official sim here. So please suggest what would be the reason for this.

Those who called me get lot of noise and this is not happening to all but to most. 

Please suggest me  a solution.
