XPERIA SP- Heating

After update to 4.3 my xperia sp heats up even after normal usage. tell me the solution or tell me that is it possible to downgrade it to its original os 4.1 please solve that issue as soon as possible. release a firmware to solve that issue. hope sony will think about it

Do you have lots of apps in the background?Have you tried safe mode?
