XPERIA SP, Exchange Active sync syncing in progress

Hi, I'm facing this issue. I've created a new active sync account on my xperia sp, and when I open the email app, there is still syncing in progress blinking. I'm hundred percent shure that there isn't any issue on the server side, because it's working with those credentials on samsung galaxy note II, htc one, and ipad and iphone. The only smatphone where is not working is my xperia sp. Coul'd you please give me some advice, how to solve this issue ? Because the phone  without emails is very useless for me.

I have a similar problem, but in my case emails start to drop in, but sync get stuck after a while. After some time, I get an error message on top (on a yellow banner) stating "connection problem".  Calendar items and contacts seem to sync, but it is difficult to say if all items have been downloaded.

I have managed to solve this issue by deleting the Exhange account on the phone and reinitiate it again. But now with work around does not help either.

I have just seen this problem on my Xperia SP. My old phone, Acro S with Jelly Bean, worked perfect.

Edit: Just noticed when I have this problem, the phone gets very hot and the battery drains extremely fast. And I have consumed 1.5Gb of data in 24h!!! And this makes me believe this is the same problem as I had with my old phone and I reported under Arc S, "Exchange account with active sync consumes huge amount of data". I think we have a generic problem with Android or Sony´s port of this to their platforms!
