Xperia SP Display Problem!

All SP owners please check this in your phone as well.

I'm having problems with my sp's display when the phone is kept on horizontal surface.

In the video,  phone is kept on the bed and i'm trying to use it. But you can see  the screen just misses the touch 😕 I wonder why.

This only happens when the phone is kept horizontally.

Ps: screen guard is not the problem since I checked with 2 different guards and phone works perfectly in hands.

PS2 > The screen works fine while phone is put to charging.

I have the same problem . My sp dose not response to my touch . This issue can be prove with multi touch tester.

If Sony doesn't fix this issue with the next update, I and probably thousands of users will move to Samsung or other phones.

Or at least, if Sony gives me the chance to buy-back, and give my Xperia SP (which doesn't have a scratch), and some extra money and I can buy the top model, then Sony would be my best friend till the end. I mean, Sony said it's a hardware issue and somebody said he gave them the phone to repair but the issue reapeared. So, I would rather prefere to buy the newest model, because I don'l like the ideea of somebody touching inside my phone.

Hi there. I wonder if the problem is sorted yet? With my piece it is still the same. Some reviews are of hardware issue where some were expecting an upgrade would fix the touch. We all have the latest upgrade of Jelly bean, i guess but don't think the issue is solved. Can anyone tell me if i need to take my phone to a repair center to check the display?

Almost all touch problems are resolved in 4.3 update. Now Touch responds in Horizontal position. Resolved ghost touch etc.
