xperia sound for calls so bad

Hey,

Its been now few weeks that someone who calls me can't hear me well

Since i've sent my xperia in reparation, my phone can't vibrate and i have that problem with calls...

What can i do??

You could also repair it with PCC but it might be a hardware issue
