Xperia Sola Earphones low output

I bought my xperia sola  before one week and on the first day when I plugged in the bundled earphones I got an average sound from it and then I tried even my philips extra bass headphones which works awesome with my other device, but when I plugged it into My xperia sola it was shocking it gave nearly half the sound which same song gave me on my laptop and mp3 player. Then I connected the bundled earphones to my laptop and I was shocked as it gave me nearly double the sound the phone was providing . So sony people please help me as for me Xperia Sola is the best phone but with this little but unnecessary flaw.................

Hey can the bundled earphones which comes with the phone have a compatibility issue.

That is a nice joke if the default earphones have compatibility issues then Sony should stop including earphones with the phone.

What's your current Android version? Maybe it's software related or hardware related...

If it is an software fault then leave it as other than the software problem my mobile works great and gives me the performance I want from it. I won't update as there are more than 30 bugs in the ICS update so fixing just one problem I don't want so many . Any how I am taking my mobile to the service centre tomorrow so lets see...............
