Xperia S Update In April 2013

This is biggest problem for Sony Company why xperia s is last phone for update to Jelly Bean ?! ( This is a huge question for me .)
I think Sony have a problem with Xperia S ... ( Sony didnt talk about Xperia S , always talks about Xperia T , V , Go , Ion )

example : Wifi-direct didnt come with ICS , Why not ?! all phone has this ****** capability

as we thought it has to do with resources both time and $, they also have to work on different platforms so that's why it takes longer for some phones to get the update, just like the Xperia S will get it after the Xperia P.

@abhishekguptaias it does have 1GB of RAM but part of it it's only accessible by Android not users.
