after a failed update my phone got stuck up on a screen with a tringle a screw driver and a wrench crossed together i also have this progress bar bar in blue color but its not progressing help me pls

Try reloading the update using Sony Update Services. Just be aware that all datas on the previous installed OS will be wiped.
