Xperia ringing problem!

Hi,

For the last few days my Xperia doesn't ring or vibrate when receiving incoming calls? I've checked the settings, etc. hopefully correctly, but can't find out what's wrong

Any advice would be appreciated,

Tried safe mode and rang it via landline. Still no ringtone?

Seems a little complicated, unfortunately we're not all PC buffs! I don't know if all my 'info/bits' are downloaded to my sim and don't want to lose everything?

You will lose internal memory,I do not understand what do you mean by info/bits on your SIM.

Hi,

When I say 'info/bits' I'm talking about everything that isn't on my sim. I've just checked and majority of my 'info/bits' are on the internal storage and only a small amount is on my sim. As mentioned I don't want to lose all the internal holdings but don't know how to put it all on my sim?

So you want to move some of your data to microSD? I think you should let a sony service manage your device.

Thanks fopr sticking with me and advising. Unfortunately I live in Spain , I bought the Xperia on a visit to the UK early this year. Wish I hadn't always problems. Also it gets very hot after using the wi-fi for a while amongst other things!
