Xperia Z1s keyboard vibration not working correctly, vibration is really fast

I have a Z1's and the keyboard vibration is working really fast making a horrible noise whilst typing.

Have you dropped the phone? Why don't you turn the option off and back on?

I haven't dropped the phone that I am aware of. I have done a full reset (small red button) and it has made no difference.

I have also turned the option on and back off again.

I guess that is the way the vibrator works.Can you check with other Z1s?

I had the same problem, im waiting for my phone to be return. Its out for repair under warranty, so I assume they found something wrong as the repair tracker says they are waiting parts.
