Xperia ray upgrade problem

My si Number (1252-1219) is on the list and my xperia ray phone is running 2.3.4 version. where i am trying to upgrade to 4.0 andriod it says to me the phone is running the lastest version as it is not. Please help me on this i have been waiting for this moment.
