Xperia Ray Update [PCCompanion]

Recently I've installed a custom rom for locked bootloaders. (official ICS 4.0.3 based)

But now I wanted to go back to stock ICS 4.0.3. The problem is when I try to use the repair option from PC Companion it says me to turn off the phone, wait 5 seconds, press the volume down button while I plug in the micro-usb cable. I do all the process and PC Companion starts its process but stops a few seconds later because it says there are no new updates for my phone. I just wanted to repair it and go back to stock ICS 4.0.3.

Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.

First of all thanks a lot for you help.

I've flash jjdoctor's hybrid rom. a locked bootloader version that he recently made.

Isn't there a way I can install stock 4.0.3 from PCC?

I doubt it will work, try SUS is the same as PCC but more stable. how did you install that Custom ROM? you have another alternative ot restore the firmware using flashtool.

There is an app in play store CWM Recovery. I've installed using that (getting into recovery).
I've already tried SUS and had the same problem as PCC.

Its strange because there should be a way to repair it through PCC and remaining in stock 4.0.3. I guess that's what the repair function should be about...

yes and now, since you flash a different software it make sense that it won't repair it as it can't recognize the phone and/or the software it has, flashtool should work just fine.

The link from xda with stock ICS 4.0.4 has only the flashable zip available for download. Don't I need the ftf file?

Thanks for your help.

Yes I did. But it didn't have a ftf file. Guess it is a flashable zip for CWM Recovery.
